Context

A network of designers and a HNW / UHNW audience existed, but as a private circle, not a platform. The opportunity was to give it a public face and a commercial engine without losing the intimacy that made it valuable.

The structure problem

Turn a private network into a visible cultural platform with commercial pull, building the go-to-market, the partnerships and the events from nothing, while keeping the standard high enough for a discerning audience.

Approach

01
Positioning
Defined what the Collectif stood for and who it was for, a cultural platform, not a listing.
02
Go-to-market from zero
Built the audience, the invitation and the commercial model from a standing start.
03
Partnerships
Programmed with respected Mayfair galleries, HOFA, JD Malat and Pictorum, for credibility and reach.
04
Events as the product
A sold-out gallery series, including a 150+ attendee event, plus the fundraising materials behind it.
Proof Sold-out Mayfair gallery series, a private network, made into a platform.

HOFA · JD Malat · Pictorum. HNW / UHNW network, a 150+ attendee event, and the fundraising materials that carried it, all built from zero.
